This policy applies to the website lagonord.it. A separate privacy policy applies to unicabenaco.com.
2. Principle
This website is deliberately built to minimise data. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services, embeds no fonts, maps, videos or scripts from third-party servers, and displays no advertising. A consent banner is therefore not required.
The only outbound connection occurs if you yourself click the link to unicabenaco.com.
3. Accessing the website and server log files
The website is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA — a Microsoft Corporation company.
When you access the pages, your browser transmits technically necessary data which GitHub processes in server log files. This includes in particular:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- name and address of the file retrieved
- browser and operating system used
- where applicable, the previously visited page
This processing is necessary to deliver the website and ensure its stability and security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We ourselves have no access to these log files and do not analyse them.
Transfer to the USA: GitHub also processes data outside the European Union. This is based on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission together with supplementary measures. 4. Contact by e-mail
There is no contact form on this website. You can reach us at the e-mail address given, or by telephone.
If you write to us, we process your e-mail address, your name and the content of your message in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry serves the initiation or performance of a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Our mailbox is operated by Zoho Corporation B.V., Beneluxlaan 4B, 3527 HK Utrecht, Netherlands. Data is processed in data centres within the European Union. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
We delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply. Business-related enquiries are subject to tax and commercial retention periods.
5. Language versions
The language switch on the start page takes place entirely in your browser. No data is stored and none is transmitted to us or to third parties.
The legal notice and this privacy policy are provided as separate pages per language — German, Italian and English. Switching between them is a simple link; no data is processed in the process.
6. Brochures
The PDF brochures offered are hosted on the same server as the website. Downloading them generates the log file data described in section 3. No registration or entry of data is required.
7. Link to unicabenaco.com
This website contains a link to unicabenaco.com. If you click it, you leave this website; the privacy policy of that site then applies. As long as you do not click the link, no content is loaded from there and no data is transmitted.
8. No automated decision-making
No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:

- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16)

A message to info@lagonord.it is sufficient to exercise these rights.
Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome, Italy (www.garanteprivacy.it). You may also contact the supervisory authority at your place of residence.
10. Changes to this policy
We will adapt this policy if the legal situation, our services or the technology used changes. The version published on this page at any given time applies.
